Who I Am

I am a busy mom of three kids from 4 years old to 13 years old. I have traveled all over the world with my husband while he was in the Navy for 22 years. A little over 15 years ago I got into the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Being a Navy wife we moved every 3-4 years and so I have had many different experiences, from group fitness, to director of an Army Wellness Center, to an online health coach and more. I have worked with moms, clients focused on weight loss, clients preparing for races, retired and active duty military and their families. One important thing I have learned over the years is that every client is an individual and should be treated as one.

I have my Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotions, National Board Health and Wellness Coach Certified, ACSM Exercise Physiologist Cert, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 and PN Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Level 1. I have others, but that would just get boring. Needless to say I love continuing to learn about everything health and wellness and will continue to build on what I know from here on out.

I know that life is busy and we are all here just trying to make it work. My goal is to help others learn to prioritize themself so that they can be their best version both physically and mentally. This is something that I have done a lot of work on myself and am excited to help others along their journey.
